Walaikumassalam. Thanks for questioning Daktar-e. Please start Syrup. Fexo 1/2 spoon at morning and 1/2 spoon at night for 7 days Most probably thanda and Pani dhukte pare For pain Syrup. Napa 1/2 spoon 3 Bela , vora pet a , 3 days If pain increase you have to check her ear to a ENT specialist doctor. Avoid Dust and cold food.
